We want you to be completely comfortable in your Mack Weldon gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Our Try On Guarantee also allows you to keep your first pair of underwear if you aren't satisfied, no return necessary.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Select whether you would like to receive a full refund to your original payment method or opt for an instant store credit to find your new favorite fit.

  Print and Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely pack your items in their original packaging or a similar mailer to ensure safe transit.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund as soon as our warehouse receives the shipment.
